About the role

We are seeking Individual Support Workers to provide in-home support for our clients located in Geelong. We are looking for Support Workers who have experience supporting Aged Care & Disability clients with Personal Care, Social Support and Domestic Support.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Workers who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Personal Care
• Social Care
• Domestic Assistance
• Medication Administration
• Manual Handling
• Supporting the client to access the community
• Behavioural Management

About you

To join our team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Full Driver's Licence and reliable car
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification
• Manual Handling Certification
• Assist with Medication Certification
• English Fluency - verbal and written
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required

We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.

We are looking for support workers who can commit to 1-2 shifts per week as a minimum, we have shifts available throughout the week and during the weekend. Shift times vary between 7am to 9:30pm. We may also have some night shifts available. Short shifts & long shifts are available.
