About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and caring team member to support both our Retail and Aged Care operations. No two days are the same—you’ll be working across different areas of pharmacy, making a real impact on the community.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with general enquiries.

Assisting with dose administration aids (DAAs) in our modern, automated packing environment.

Supporting our aged care services, liaising with nurses, dispensing medication changes, and preparing orders.

Managing point of sale transactions including sales, payments, and account processing.

Handling stock control including ordering, receipting, and invoicing.

Occasionally delivering medications to aged care facilities.

What We’re Looking For

A people-first attitude and genuine care for others.

Honest, hardworking, and reliable team player.

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Comfortable with computer systems (training provided where needed).

Pharmacy experience desirable but not essential—Full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Current driver’s licence required.

Willingness to obtain a Police Clearance, Working with Vulnerable People check, and NDIS Worker Check (support will be provided if you don’t already hold these).
