About the role

Highgate Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Dispensary/Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Myrtle Bank, SA 5064. As a Dispensary Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of pharmacy services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Accurately dispensing and labelling prescription medications

Assisting with the preparation of compounded medications

Maintaining inventory control and stock levels

Providing excellent customer service and answering customer inquiries

Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and policies

Supporting the Pharmacist in daily operations

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dispensary or pharmacy setting

Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

Proficient in using pharmacy management software and computer systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Knowledge of pharmacy practices, procedures, and regulations

Experience using JVM Medication Packing Machine an advantage
