Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our hospitality team, ensuring high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere across our courtyard, bars, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner

Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in line with RSA requirements

Operate POS systems and handle transactions

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas

Assist with setting up and packing down tables as required

Assist in Events (when required)

Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

About You

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about customer service with a friendly and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced team environment

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Current RSA and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications are mandatory
