Link-Force is seeking skilled Formwork Carpenters based in Melbourne (and surrounding areas) who are open to relocating to Adelaide. This is an opportunity to work on major bridge construction projects with excellent pay, long-term stability, and full relocation support.

The Role

We are building a strong team of Formwork Carpenters to deliver large-scale bridge projects in Adelaide. Duties include:

Setting out and constructing formwork systems

Reading and working from drawings

Delivering high-quality work within set timeframes

Upholding site safety standards

About You

We’re seeking candidates with:

Proven formwork carpentry experience (2–3 years minimum)

High-rise or large commercial project experience (preferred)

Strong safety focus and reliability

White Card (essential)

HRWL tickets (EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Scaffolding) – highly regarded

Requirements

Trade qualification in Carpentry or Formwork

Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts

Willingness to relocate to Adelaide

Start date: 15th September 2025
