Retail Team Member

Are you passionate about tools and providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Retail Team Member working up to 24 hours a week to join our team! If you’re someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping things organised while helping customers, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

Processing sales and sales quotes to our customers

Providing advice and information on products

Supporting customer queries and offering solutions

Outbound calls to account customers to assess needs and offer solutions

Processing and maintaining customer orders

Does this sound like you?

Previous retail experience within a similar retail business or with sound knowledge of our product range

Understanding of the sales process

Proven Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Calendars, Teams, Word)

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, phone, email)

Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools

Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must

Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
