Wonderful Early Childhood Management Opportunity in Eight Mile Plains Area. A well-established 100+ Centre is looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a highly motivated team, providing high-quality educational programs to our children and strong community connections. Warmth and enthusiasm, family communication, staff management/ team building, curriculum implementation, organizational skills, high energy, etc. are qualities as the qualified candidate.

Key requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent*)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Building and maintaining partnerships with families through daily contact, in person and using specialist social media tools

Having knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF & NQS)

Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments

An expert at guiding, mentoring and inspiring team members
