Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations and event enquiries across a growing portfolio of 16 corporate Motels that is growing day by day

Be the central voice for all guest interactions via phone and email

Convert enquiries into bookings through effective sales techniques and proactive upselling

Develop and drive sales targets, reporting on performance and identifying growth opportunities

Lead and mentor a small team to deliver consistent, high-level guest service

Liaise with Motel Management teams to ensure smooth event execution and optimal guest experiences

Maintain and manage booking systems and guest databases, focus on group bookings

Manage Groups/Events and Corporate portfolios

About You

You bring proven experience in reservations, events or hospitality sales, ideally in multi-venue or premium environments. A strong understanding of Guestpoint is preferrable.

You're a natural leader and a strong communicator with a warm, professional and confident presence

Sales-focused, target-driven, and highly organised

A collaborative team player who leads by example and builds that team that supports each other

Passionate about guest experience – nothing is ever “just a booking”

Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with a sense of fun and calm
