WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Full Time & Permanent - Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Full Time & 12 Month Contract - Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm

• Manage customs clearance for high-value imports, ensuring timely and compliant processing across international borders
• Prepare and lodge accurate customs declarations in line with Australian Border Force, DAFF, and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure all shipments are cleared with proper authority and in accordance with client instructions
• Monitor and apply updates to customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to maintain compliance and support clients
• Liaise with customs, clients, and internal teams to provide expert advice and resolve customs-related queries

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

• Must hold a current Australian Customs Broker License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance and entry writing
• Strong understanding of customs regulations, international trade, and shipping logistics
• Proficient in customs clearance software, online customs portals, and Microsoft Office
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and general computer use
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
