We're looking for a senior, hands-on leader to take charge of a busy, high-profile fashion store in Fyshwick! This is a big role for someone who thrives on sales, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. From day one, you'll be the driving force behind the store - inspiring your team, smashing targets, and ensuring every customer leaves impressed.

You'll mentor and develop your staff, oversee operations, manage stock and visual merchandising, and keep everything running seamlessly in a fast-paced environment. Your proven retail experience and strong leadership will create a motivated, high-performing team that thrives on results
