Contract Role: Software Trainer – SigniFlow

We are seeking a skilled Software Trainer to deliver training for a SigniFlow client. This is a contract role involving the delivery of 15 remote (online) training sessions over a period of up to 90 days.

Key Details

Location: Australia (only open to candidates residing in Australia with full working rights)

Schedule: Remote (online) training begins 29 September 2025, delivered across 30–60 days

Contract Duration: Up to 90 days

Rate: $200 per hour, invoiced post-session

Responsibilities

Deliver 15 structured online training sessions to the end client.

Undertake upskilling on SigniFlow prior to client sessions (training hours paid at $200 per hour).

Prepare and adapt training materials to meet client requirements.

Attend 4 hours of instructor-led SigniFlow training (provided) and use SigniFlow resources during preparation, delivery, and follow-up.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering software training to clients.

3–5 years experience running training for workflow or eSignature software (highly beneficial).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and translate knowledge into client-friendly training.

Must be based in Australia with full working rights.

What We Offer

Paid Training (4 hours) – The Trainer may invoice SigniFlow at the standard rate of $200 per hour for time spent in training with the SigniFlow Customer Success Team.

Contract rate: $200 per hour (training and delivery).
