About the role

Verbal Judo Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Associate Trainer on a contract basis. As an Associate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering our industry-leading communication and conflict resolution training programs to clients in specialised, local industries. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the personal and professional development of our clients. Below is a summary of the Associate trainer role. Note: Given the flexible nature of the role, we are interested in applicants Australia wide.

What you'll be doing

Once certified as a Verbal Judo Australia Associate, you will be required to establish your own client base with the view to conducting high-quality training workshops and seminars on effective communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques

The successful applicant will conduct training within agreed industry sectors and locations.

Tailoring training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of individual clients

Maintaining detailed records

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in facilitating engaging and impactful training programs, preferably in the areas of communication, conflict resolution, or de-escalation

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training content and delivery to diverse audiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage group dynamics

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs

Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

The successful applicant must attend a Verbal Judo workshop, in-line with the program they are going to teach and be willing to demonstrate competency in the program. Note no there is no charge to attend this program, however applicants are required to cover their own travel costs, if applicable.
