Right now, it’s a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role.
You’ll be across sales, the workshop, logistics, and customer coordination.

Once the business unit is up and running, we will start recruiting and add headcount to help you running the business.

You’ll have gear on the ground ready to get on site.

Your Role

• Lead day-to-day sales and operations at the branch
• Build and lead your team: you’ll help hire and train key staff from the beginning.
• Be the face of the branch: liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with an electrical background or who understands how to sell capital equipment to construction and mining clients
• A practical leader with strong sales or operations experience.
• Great communicator with natural leadership instincts and solid organisational skills.
