We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable team member to join our fast-growing local support service. This is a permanent part time role offering stability, ongoing training, and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing in-home and community support to people with disability and older clients

Assisting with daily living tasks (meals, personal care, household duties)

Supporting clients to stay active and engaged in the community

Maintaining clear, accurate notes and records after each shift

Working with families and coordinators to deliver safe, person-centred care

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in disability, aged care or support work (preferred but not essential)

A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently

Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude

Ability to work both independently and in a small team

Must have (or be willing to obtain):

Current National Police Check

Current First Aid & CPR certificate

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Working With Children Check

Valid Driver’s Licence

A reliable, fully insured car
