About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will:

• Undertake site inspections and investigations on a range of residential and commercial buildings
• Diagnose building defects, identify causes, and propose practical repair solutions
• Assist in preparing clear, concise remedial and forensic reports
• Liaise directly with clients including builders, strata managers, insurers, and homeowners
• Support project delivery including documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Occasionally assist with construction phase services and site supervision
• Contribute to the consultancy’s growth by building positive client relationships

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (essential)
• 2–4 years’ experience in structural design, remedial, or related engineering fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in remedial, forensic, and defect investigation work
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
• Practical, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel locally for site inspections when required
