Experienced Bookkeeper – Flexible Work from Home Opportunity (WA)

Established over 45 years ago, the business has a rich history as a local and national supplier & retailer. JHC Group remains a family owned and operated business located within Perth metro.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Western Australia. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-function bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

Proficient use of MYOB and Xero accounting software.

Month-end procedures, reporting, and financial reconciliations.

Inventory management including stock control and reporting.

Preparation of accurate financial reports to assist management decision-making.

About You:

Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping experience.

Certificate/Diploma in Accounting & Bookkeeping required.

Strong knowledge of MYOB and Xero (certifications highly regarded).

Payroll Experience including STP reporting and Payroll Tax.

Demonstrated experience with month-end processes and reporting.

Asset management experience & commercial property management knowledge.

Previous experience managing inventory systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
