In this senior-level position, you’ll provide 1:1 support to a key leader, a Principal Solicitor where your work will involve all aspects of Legal Assistant and Paralegal support on plaintiff files including WorkCover claims, TAC disputes and Medical Negligence claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing court documents and correspondence
• Preparation of Briefs for Counsel and Court Books
• File management, and oversight of court deadlines
• Preparing files ahead of court hearings
• Liaising directly with clients and taking instructions
• Communicating with Barristers, medical experts and other stakeholders

About You:

• No less than 4 years experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury practice, gained with an Australian law firm
• Exemplary organisational, verbal and written communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to work autonomously and strong understanding of court processes
• Proactive and detail-focused approach with a commitment to client care
