About the role

Technical Safety is a leading provider of Roof safety access and fall-protection solutions for Australia’s top property groups and contractors. We’re looking for an Engineer / Estimator who thrives on precision, compliance, and collaboration. This is a full-time role responsible for providing technical support and cost estimating services for our height safety system projects.

What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations for height safety system installations

Prepare, review, and maintain SWMS, ITPs, Operational & maintenance manuals and all tender and Project documentations

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to scope compliant safety access and façade maintenance systems

Prepare, review, and maintain SWMS, ITPs, Operational & maintenance manuals and all tender and Project documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation templates and estimating processes

Coordinate with designers, site managers, and external consultants to align with Australian Standards and WHS regulations

Providing technical support and after-sales service to clients

What we're looking for

Diploma or Certificate or Degree in Engineering, Estimating, Construction Management or a related discipline

1-3 years of experience in a similar estimating or engineering role, preferably in the construction industry

Strong understanding of height safety systems, materials, and installation processes

Exceptional written communication and attention to detail in technical documentation

Proficient in using Bluebeam, Sitemate, CAD software and cost estimation tools

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments
