Hours: 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday (hours will extend as the business gets busier)

About the Role

We are working with a leading transport & logistics company looking for motivated team members to join our Operations Team on the evening shift.

This role is ideal for someone with a logistics background who is confident with Excel and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Entering and updating operational data into company systems

Recording truck weights, delivery specifications, and other transport details

Preparing and maintaining the allocation sheet for all trucks leaving the depot

Supporting the operations team with day-to-day logistics tasks

Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to standard

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in transport / logistics operations (preferred)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry

Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

Ability to read and write clearly with good communication skills

Forward-thinking mindset to anticipate issues and suggest improvements

Computer literate and comfortable with operational systems

Team-focused, reliable, and able to work under time pressures
