We are looking for Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis, delivering high-quality care to the elderly in their homes to maximise their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:

Accompanying clients during daily activities

Assisting with mobility and transportation – MUST have comprehensive car insurance.

Food preparation and shopping- Arranging or accompanying on social activities and outings

Performing domestic assistance tasks such as cleaning, washing, ironing, folding clothes

Assisting with personal care and hygiene such as showering, dressing, shaving, doing hair and makeup

Travelling up to 30 minutes to complete services.

About you:

Minimum Cert III in Individual Support - Ageing/Disability or extensive experience in a similar role

Must have your own car & comprehensive insurance.

First Aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain.

National Police Check within 12 months or willing to obtain

Flu & COVID Vaccinations

Willingness to commit to short client services that can be 1hr-3hrs long, noting that all travel time is paid as a continuation of working hours

Ability to speak a 2nd language is desirable: Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Italian, Greek, Polish etc.
