Quality & Performance Manager – Preventive Health
Location: Glebe, Sydney (Hybrid: up to 3 days WFH)

We’re looking for a Quality & Performance Manager to help shape the future of preventive health services across Australia. You’ll be working across a diverse portfolio of programs, Get Healthy, My Health for Life and COACH -ensuring our services are safe, effective, and continuously improving.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a role for someone who’s comfortable with complexity and confident in accountability. You’ll lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and ensure our services meet rigorous compliance standards. You’ll support our telehealth coaching teams to deliver best-practice care and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You’ll also play a key role in interpreting service data, identifying risks, and translating insights into action, so our programs not only meet expectations, but exceed them.
What you’ll bring:
At least 4 years’ experience delivering preventive health or chronic condition telehealth coaching services
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
A knack for turning data into actionable insights
Knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement
Confidence working with funders, partners, and internal stakeholders
