About the Opportunity:

John Paul College is excited to offer a permanent ongoing opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Secondary School Economics Teacher to join us from Term 4, 2025.

We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging learning experiences that develop students' understanding of economic principles, financial literacy, and real-world market dynamics.

This role will be pivotal in teaching economic theory, data analysis, critical thinking about global and domestic markets, business fundamentals, and decision-making skills while fostering analytical thinking, economic awareness, and practical application of economic concepts in alignment with our mission to Ignite Ambition.

About You:

As a Secondary Teacher at John Paul College, you will be instrumental in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students through innovative teaching and thoughtful curriculum delivery.

The successful candidates will:

Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
