We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our team for a 12-month project based in Bunbury, WA. This position would suit an experienced HVAC or duct installer, or a TA with similar trade assistant experience, like electrical, plumbing, refrigeration or similar. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in the trades while working alongside experienced HVAC and mechanical technicians.

Some away work (Monday to Friday only) may be required, and plenty of overtime is available for those who want it.

Key Responsibilities

Assist technicians with installations, servicing, and repairs

Safely operate hand and power tools

Maintain clean, organised job sites

Deliver tools and materials as required

Follow all site safety standards and company procedures

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)

Your own hand tools and basic power tools (required)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Valid WA Driver’s Licence

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Physically fit and able to undertake occasional away work (Mon–Fri only)

Flexibility to work overtime when needed
