An established Australian SaaS company is rebuilding their core platform as part of a major product transformation. This is a high-impact role in a small, close-knit team where your work directly influences real-world operations for large-scale users.

You'll join during a greenfield rebuild, helping shape a modern, scalable architecture while migrating critical logic from a legacy system. It’s the perfect blend of stability + startup energy.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain backend services using C#/.NET Core and Entity Framework

Migrate logic-heavy features from an older platform into a new SaaS environment

Write clean, testable code with strong focus on performance and maintainability

Collaborate with front-end devs, QA, product leads, and the wider team

Contribute to architecture decisions, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices

Tech Stack

.NET Core, Entity Framework, C#

SQL Server, Azure SQL, T-SQL

Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Storage)

xUnit, Moq, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD

About You

3–6+ years of .NET backend development experience

Strong SQL skills — stored procedures, views, and query optimisation

Experience delivering scalable, testable, production-grade applications

Thrive in lean teams — proactive, hands-on, and a good communicator

Bonus if you've worked in SaaS or helped modernise legacy systems
