About the role

Stocks Designer Appliances' & Bathrooms is seeking a talented and ambitious Retail and Trade Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Clayfield, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable appliances and solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to order fulfilment and after-sales support

Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers such as Architects, designers, builders, cabinet makers, electricians and contractors

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Provide exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience

Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other

What we're looking for

Ideally, you will have experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the appliances, home improvement or building industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs with the right solutions

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide a premium customer experience

Passion for the appliances industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with market trends

Confident in using technology and sales tools to optimise performance
