We are seeking a motivated, high-performing, positive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be contacting inbound, warm leads, of individuals who have requested help to review their superannuation, as well as their overall financial situation. You will also be required to demonstrate a high skill level in building relationships to assist in understanding clients' financial needs and future goals.

As a Sales Consultant, you will establish trust and rapport quickly with potential clients to help understand their current financial situation, identify short and long-term goals, and build an ongoing relationship to help develop a pathway to a successful retirement.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for new clients, creating an exceptional first impression.

Have meaningful conversations to understand clients’ current financial situation, aspirations, and concerns.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued.

Collaborate closely with our financial planners to deliver a seamless and comprehensive service.

Solve problems proactively, addressing client questions and ensuring their journey with us is positive from day one.
