Senior Project Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

CPR Services is working on some of Sydney’s most iconic infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team.

Now in our 14th year, CPR Services has experienced sustained growth, thanks to our ability to deliver a wide variety of scopes efficiently and reliably. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we service regions from Cairns to Tasmania and work with a range of repeat clients across multiple sectors.

Our core expertise lies in concrete strengthening, protection, and repair of both new and existing structures. You’ll find us in tunnels, on wharves and bridges, in car parks—essentially anywhere concrete is found.

Our projects range from large-scale infrastructure works to smaller, technically challenging repair jobs. No two projects are the same, and every day presents a new challenge.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Project Delivery team. This role includes a mix of site and office work and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the safe and efficient delivery of multiple projects

Monitor productivity, budgets, and project profitability

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective resourcing

Coordinate timely procurement of materials

Prepare and implement Quality, Safety, and Environmental plans

Manage contracts, ensuring all variations are captured and entitlements fulfilled

Assist with drafting and preparation of as-built documentation

Contribute to quality documentation, including ITPs

Report to the Technical Director

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 4 years' experience in construction project delivery

Applicants with NACE Accreditation or similar preferred

Communicates effectively with both field technicians and professional teams

Is ready to take on leadership responsibilities
