Clinical Coordinator – NDIS

About the Role

This is more than just a leadership position – it’s an opportunity to bring heart and expertise together. As our Clinical Coordinator, you will guide and support our team to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care that empowers our participants to live their best lives.

Your role will involve:

Overseeing and coordinating clinical care with empathy and professionalism.

Providing guidance, mentoring, and encouragement to support staff.

Conducting participant assessments and care plans with a person-first approach.

Oversee clinical care, designing and implementing training, deliver training, and skill development to staff.

Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards while keeping humanity at the centre.

Building strong, respectful relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

A heart for people and a genuine passion for making a difference.

At least 3 years current experience as a Clinical Coordinator within NDIS

Extensive tracheostomy and ventilator experience

Extensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the complex health and support needs of people with intellectual disability

Strong leadership and communication skills with a supportive approach.

Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical governance.

Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in meeting compliance obligations and participating in external auditing processes.

Current driver’s licence.
