About the role

Rayner and Ryan Roofing is seeking an experienced Metal Roofer/Roof Plumber to join our team in Canberra. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial roofing projects.

What you'll be doing

Install metal roofing, including the laying of roof sheeting, flashings and ridge capping

Conduct roof plumbing work such as the installation of gutters, downpipes and rainwater tanks

Undertake routine roof maintenance and repairs

Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and clients to deliver high-quality roofing solutions

What we're looking for

Experience as a metal roofer/roof plumber

Strong technical skills and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings

Good communication skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Ability to work in a team with limited direction

Reliability and honesty.
