Your Day-to-Day:

• Work closely with clients to gather tax and compliance information
• Prepare tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Advise on tax planning, asset protection, and minimisation strategies
• Assist with financial statement preparation and tax forecasting
• Attend client meetings with managers and partners
• Manage ongoing compliance: BAS, IAS, FBT, Payroll Tax, Land Tax
• Liaise with the ATO, ASIC, banks, and other bodies
• Set up new entities and structures (companies and trusts)
• Refer financial planning and lending needs internally
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Recommend and support clients using cloud-based software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

What We’re Looking For:

• Completed degree in accounting (or similar)
• Completed CA or CPA (or close to)
• Solid experience in a business services role within public practice
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using cloud accounting tools
