Support “at-risk” youth by providing information, referrals, and advocacy, ensuring they receive the help they need to thrive.

Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement programs that address current social issues and promote positive youth engagement.

Deliver activities to youth in our community, including attending schools for engagements, and participate in school holiday programs, as well as day to day programs.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our youth services are effective, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of the community, as well as new initiatives and principles, such as child safeguarding.

Complete administrative and planning tasks, such as planning and organising supplies for programming (including shopping); timely reporting of incidents and disclosures including My OSH reporting; maintain current records of attendance, membership, shift notes, engagement and significant change by young people at Youth Centres and other programs as required; support the Youth social media accounts and digital direction with content curation and scheduling duties.
