Riklan serves an extensive client base in all sectors of all industries locally, regionally and nationally and we are currently recruiting for a permanent full time Workplace Safety Training Consultant to join our team of training Consultants at our Kalgoorlie training centre.

The MINIMUM requirements for this position are as follows:

-Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE40116);

-Relevant industry experience ie; mining, construction or associated industries.

-Confined Space Entry Ticket

-Working at Heights Ticket

-Provide First Aid or higher

-Other industry tickets or qualifications

-Ability to pass a medical and functional assessment;

-Recent National Police Clearance;

-Current C Class Driver's License (WA);

-Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test;

-High attention to detail and accuracy.

DESIRED criteria includes:

-Previous experience in course delivery (RTO experience is not essential).

The successful applicant will be local to the Kalgoorlie-Boulder area and possess the ability to gain and retain new skills and knowledge quickly. Interviews may include a practical skills assessment on all disciplines as well as a presentation in front of a panel of our Consultants.

With a view for this position to commence immediately, your starting package will be negotiated based on your current experience.
