A well-established insurance business is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Claims Advisors in Newcastle, offering a hybrid working model after initial training and a 9-day fortnight for improved work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, ensuring accurate entitlements and timely support.
- Review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to make informed decisions.
- Resolve claims efficiently while prioritising the wellbeing of those affected
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proactive case management.
- Provide empathetic and compliant service to injured individuals, employers, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay up to date with relevant legislation.
- Identify opportunities for early intervention and rehabilitation.
- Monitor claim progress and adjust strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and insights.
What You'll Bring: - Some experience in customer service, call centres, or claims-related work is beneficial.
- Ideally, some experience dealing with injury claims.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to support others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to show empathy in sensitive situations.
- Comfort working with different types of information and explaining things clearly.
- Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A background in psychology or allied health is a bonus, but not essential.
