We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers who are confident in providing personal care and comfortable working overnight shifts. In this role, you will support clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist with mobility and transfers using hoists and other equipment safely

Prompt or administer medications in line with care plans

Provide support during the night, including repositioning, continence care, and responding to client needs

Carry out light domestic tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organisational standards

Requirements

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

National Police Check

Full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Strong knowledge of manual handling practices and safe equipment use

Confident and capable with personal care, medication support, and hoist transfers
