About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Driver to join our dynamic team at K trans'. As an Asphalt Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of asphalt materials to construction sites across the local-country areas. This full-time position is based in Pooraka, SA 5095 , offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating heavy-duty asphalt delivery trucks to transport materials to various job sites

Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and traffic regulations during deliveries

Assisting with the loading and unloading of asphalt materials at job sites

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and reporting any issues or delays

Performing routine inspections and maintenance on assigned vehicles

Contributing to a positive and safety-focused team environment

What we're looking for

A valid HC driver's licence with a proven safe driving record

Construction white card required or willing to get one

Able to pass random drug & alcohol testing

Demonstrated experience operating heavy-duty trucks and machinery in a logistics or construction environment

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work with others

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time deliveries

A commitment to workplace health and safety

The physical fitness to perform the manual handling requirements of the role
