The Role
A true end-to-end finance position, this role will give you exposure across the full finance function, including:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reporting
• Job costing reports – tracking project performance and providing key insights
• Managing transactional finance: AP, AR, debtor collections
• Supporting month-end processes, reconciliations, and forecasts
• Oversight of junior staff, providing guidance and support
• Engaging with the wider business stakeholders

This is a hands-on role that balances technical accounting with business engagement, making it a great step for someone eager to broaden their experience.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• A background in public practice (Business Services or Audit)
• Holds or is working towards CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualifications
• Solid technical grounding in financial reporting and reconciliations
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise across the business
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved at all levels of finance
