We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Venue Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations .

Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.

Assist with rostering, inventory control and compliance.

Drive guest experience and manage service standards in a high-volume, premium environment.

Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and service KPIs.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within premium dining or high-end hospitality.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food & beverage service standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

RSA certification essential.
