Labour Solutions Group is hiring motivated Pick/Packers to join a buzzing cosmetics warehouse in Tullamarine, VIC.

What’s On Offer

Morning Shift: $32.31/hr

Afternoon Shift: $36.19/hr

Night Shift: $40.07/hr

Ongoing work with the chance to grow into more

Work with a friendly, supportive crew that gets the job done and has fun doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Picking and packing beauty products with care and speed

Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and running smoothly

Helping get orders out the door on time

Assisting with stock control and inventory tasks

Working closely with a team that values precision and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience

Comfortable using RF scanners (or quick to learn!)

Strong attention to detail, especially when working with small, high-demand items

A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills

Available Monday to Friday (with weekend shifts during peak periods)

Nigh shifts run Sunday to Thursday (you must be able to commit to the full week)

Reliable and punctual, you show up ready to work and hit the ground running
