Immediate Start with Solid and Consistent Work Hours: Looking for someone who is available to work 20 + hours per week, Monday to Friday available daily and Saturday & Sunday on occasions.

Flexible Locations: Work in homes and community, across Brisbane.

Your Role:

Encourage healthy habits; daily living tasks and light household chores

Assist participants in accessing the community, go shopping, encouage and help prepare meals.

Support participants to attend medical appointments and engage in social activities.

Meet the participants where they are at. We are there to suppprt them and make them feel safe.

Be a positive part of their day.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Must have previous experience as a Support Worker or hold a relevant qualification in the field.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor. Must be mature and understand the importance of boundaries in the work place.

Requirements:

Blue Card (or willing to obtain)

Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening Clearance) (or willing to obtain)

Queensland Driver's License and own reliable vehicle

Comprehensive Car Insurance

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Orientation Module Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Infection Control Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
