About the role:

• Draft and review complex wills, testamentary trusts, and estate structures
• Guide clients through high-stakes probate matters and strategic trust planning
• Translate deep legal thinking into scalable digital frameworks
• Lead and mentor junior legal talent in an agile, mission-driven team
• Think boldly about volume, automation, and access to justice

The ideal candidate:

• 4–8 years of specialist experience in wills & estates law, ideally with strong probate and trusts experience
• Deep understanding of the legal complexities involved in blended families, multi-generational assets, and family dynamics
• Strong communication skills — including the ability to sell sophisticated estate plans and testamentary trust structures
• Startup-ready mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, driven by purpose, and creatively minded
• Alignment with mission to democratise legal access and change the way estate law is done
