From renewable energy farms to civil infrastructure and high-rise developments, you’ll be at the centre of assessing risk, setting terms and protecting some of Australia’s most exciting builds.

What You’ll Do

• Assess the technical details of construction projects to set insurance terms, pricing and policy clauses
• Work with brokers, loss adjusters, claims teams and risk engineers
• Analyse materials, build methods, environmental risks, testing/commissioning and project timelines
• Keep all compliance and admin requirements on track
• Build strong, lasting relationships across the industry

What We’re Looking For

• Insurance professionals with several years’ experience looking to specialise in construction and engineering underwriting
• OR engineering/technical professionals with at least 2–3 years’ experience (ideally including time on site) ready to move into insurance
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
• IT savvy with great attention to detail
• Self-driven and able to work independently

Preferred Locations
Central Coast (NSW) preferred, but also open to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne candidates
