Adelaide Commercial Specialists (ACS) is seeking a proactive and committed Office Administrator to support our team providing sales & contracts administration, marketing, as well as bringing enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for learning. You will be working alongside the Director and agents providing administration support and operational assistance.This is the perfect opportunity for someone to start or grow their career in commercial real estate.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reception & Client Engagement
Welcoming clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Overseeing mail, deliveries, and general reception duties
Providing general admin and operational assistance to the agents and Director
Sales & Leasing Contracts Administration
Supporting sales and leasing teams with listings, agency agreements, and compliance
Maintaining and updating CRM databases and document preparation
Liaising with agents, tenants, and buyers for seamless administration
Manage client records and preparation of leasing & sales documentation
Marketing Support
Assisting with marketing collateral and promotional materials
Coordinating campaign activity, event planning, and brand updates
Supporting digital and social media activities in line with brand standards
Proof reading and co-ordinating advertising campaigns
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in real estate administration is desirable
Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills
Display excellent written and verbal communication
Be confident using Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems and platforms like Rex, Cirrus8 or Adobe Suite is an advantage but not essential
Be a quick learner with the desire to grow the role as the business evolves
Present professionally and take pride in maintaining an efficient workspace
Detail orientated and conscientious
Able to work autonomously, while being a valuable team contributor
