We’re on the lookout for a Part-Time or Casual Property Manager / Field Agent in Townsville – someone who thrives on autonomy, flexibility, and being out on the road. This role is perfect for Assistant Property Managers or experienced agents looking for a better balance.

🚀 This is a growing role with the opportunity to expand your hours as our portfolio grows. If more hours are your jam, a focus on BDM (Business Development Management) will be key to unlocking that growth.

Up to $69,000 + Super (pro rata, depending on experience)

🔑 Your Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and meet prospective tenants

Complete entry, exit, and routine inspection reports

Report maintenance issues to the Property Manager

Liaise with tenants and assist in leasing processes

Display house rules and ensure properties are presented well

Option to assist in BDM: building local relationships and growing the portfolio

✅ About You

Agents Representative Certificate (Required)

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle

Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or admin (preferred)

Tech-savvy with strong communication and time management skills

Comfortable working independently

Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express (Essential)

Own mobile phone, tablet, and laptop

A passion for property and helping people find homes

Interest in BDM and business growth (a huge plus!)
