As Field Safety Supervisor, you’re part game master, part crowd-controller, and part safety superstar. You set the vibe, keep games running smoothly, and tackle challenges with calm confidence. Some days you’re briefing a team of 20 for battle, others you’re fixing a blaster so fun never stops.

✅ You’ll fit right in if:

You’re bubbly, friendly, and naturally in control, able to rally big groups while keeping things light

You love being active (think: on your feet, moving, leading)

You’re 16+ and hold a valid Blue Card (or ready to get one)

You’ve played paintball or gel ball before (bonus points, but not must-have)

Customer service is your jam — you love turning strangers into teammates
