As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to take on a motivated and enthusiastic 1st Year Sheet Metal Worker Apprentice to join our duct installation team and begin a rewarding career in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on apprenticeship position where you’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople to install, fabricate, and maintain sheet metal ductwork systems in a variety of commercial and industrial settings.

You will:

Assist with the installation of sheet metal ducting for HVAC systems

Learn to measure, cut, assemble, and fit ductwork

Follow safety protocols and procedures on-site

Attend TAFE and complete required coursework

Work across a range of job sites throughout the Perth metro area

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in the HVAC or sheet metal trade

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Punctuality and reliability

Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
