We are seeking an experienced and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly and supportive team at O'Connell Street Clinic & Bronte Medical Centre.

About the Role

As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across a range of general practice services. You will work closely with GPs and administrative staff to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Immunisations and wound management

Care plans and health assessments

ECGs, spirometry, ear syringing, and other procedures

Assisting with minor procedures and infection control

Patient education and health promotion

Cold chain management and stock control

Oversee patient recalls and follow ups. While maintaining accurate record.

Maintain accurate and up to date patient records in My Health Record.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

A genuine commitment to patient-centred care

Willingness to work across two clinic locations
