Receptionist – Let’s Eat! Feeding Therapy (Lambton)

At Let’s Eat! Feeding Therapy, we are passionate about helping children with feeding difficulties and supporting their families with evidence-based feeding therapy. We are seeking a receptionist to join our warm and professional team in our Lambton clinic.

This is a permanent role (38 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. We are also open to job share arrangements for the right applicants.

Start date: Mid-September 2025.

What you will do

As the first point of contact for families, you will provide a welcoming and professional experience. Your role will involve:

Managing phone calls, emails, and intake referrals.

Greeting clients and supporting families as they arrive.

Booking therapy appointments and managing therapists’ diaries.

Processing payments through HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS plan managers, and EFTPOS.

General administration, including scanning, filing, and invoicing.

Supporting our team of speech pathologists with day-to-day tasks and resources.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in reception or administration, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Confident with computers (Microsoft Suite essential, Halaxy preferred).

Skilled in multitasking, with strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Reliable, mature-minded, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Friendly, kind, and client-focused – someone who makes families feel at ease.

Bonus skills: Experience with HICAPS, EFTPOS, NDIS processes, and Booking software (e.g., Halaxy).

Requirements: Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
