We have just had one of our valued long term employees move on to chase her dreams and are looking for a replacement teacher. If you’re looking for a few shifts a week without the huge commitment of working 4, or 5 days, this might just be for you. We only hire a couple of times a year so this could be your opportunity to strike whilst the iron is HOT HOT HOT!!

Don’t have any experience, no need to worry, we will happily train (paid of course) and guide you every step of the way!

What you do need is the desire to want to work with children and be rewarded by being the one to teach them the skills to be safe in the water whilst having a ball on the job!

Our shifts are structured and well suited to our local Mums or Dads who may be ready to get back into the workforce or supplement their income and are looking for something different to the corporate world or the local supermarket or café. The hours we have on offer would also suit Uni students and those of you studying in a variety of educational settings.

We are looking for someone who is keen to be employed long term, many of our swim team members have been with us 4+ years now, so there is stability and many years of experience in our inclusive and supportive environment.

Maybe you are a swim teacher already and looking for a change of scenery which provides a healthy and supportive environment and are wanting to dip your toes back in and join a boutique style swim school.

Our roster is mostly regular hours with the odd fill in shift if you have availability, oh and we don’t ever expect anyone to be rostered permanently on both weekend days unless requested by that team member!!
