StraightUp is seeking an experienced Data Modeller to join a critical infrastructure business working on a large transformation program, initially on a 24 month contract with further extensions expected.

This is by far one of the largest transformation programs in Australia currently valued at over $700m. You will be working in a team of 30+ dedicated Data professionals (Engineers, Architects, Modellers, Analysts etc).

You will create conceptual, logical and physical data models to support development and enhancements across data infrastructure. Working collaboratively with the business and other teams to define requirements and document transformations.

Data Vault 2.0 experience is essential for this position.

*Please note - Australian citizenship is required for this position as we are facilitating Baseline security clearance for the successful candidate.

Desired experience:

• 5+ years Data Modelling experience
• Competent in Data Vault 2.0 methodology
• Experienced with Erwin and NOSQL Database technologies
• Experience with AWS and Databricks is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, communicating with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical understanding
