We’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major civil infrastructure project in Merredin, WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with flexible roster options, strong professional support, and the potential to continue your career beyond the project.

📌The Role

This position is based in Merredin, WA, supporting a major civil project.
The role offers full accommodation, meals, and flexible roster options.

Roster: 2:1 DIDO (10-hour shifts, 7 days per week). Flexible alternatives may also be considered, such as 4 weeks FTE or 8:6.

Contract: Initial 6 months with the possibility to extend.

Rate: $60–$65 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Accommodation: Houses provided near site, just 10–15 minutes from town.

Meals: Breakfast, packed lunch, and dinner are supplied daily through a local café, with pre-packed meals available on weekends.

Start Date: Estimated commencement is 15th September 2025.

📌Role Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in SHEQ roles on civil projects.

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.

Current First Aid

Drug and Alcohol Testing competency.

360 Aware Training (Western Power – Working near powerlines).

📌Highly Regarded

ICAM or equivalent investigation training.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE).

Lead Auditor credentials.

Experience with water sampling.

(Some training requirements can be completed prior to mobilisation.)
